Definition of Terms Used in the Privacy Policy

For the purposes of this document:

The Data is stored by the Service’s hosting provider (OVH), whose contact details are listed in the Service’s legal notices, and is kept only for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes described above, which shall not exceed 24 months. Beyond this period, it will be retained solely for statistical purposes and will not be subject to any form of use.

Article 9 – Authorised Service Providers and Transfer Outside the European Union

Zéro de Conduite Productions informs you that it uses authorised service providers to facilitate the collection and processing of data you have communicated to us. These providers are located exclusively within the European Union.

Zéro de Conduite Productions has ensured in advance that its service providers have implemented adequate safeguards and comply with strict conditions of confidentiality, use, and protection of data. These providers are also subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Article 10 – Data Protection Rights

Zéro de Conduite Productions reserves the right to reject requests that are manifestly abusive due to their repetitive, systematic, or excessive nature.

We may ask you for specific information to confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any other right). This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to an unauthorised person. We may also contact you for further information regarding your request to expedite our response.
